About Soccer Tactics WORLD:
Randy Thompson travelled to Germany in the summer of 2004 with a basketball game that he invented called CrunchTime. There was lots of travelling back and forth between Canada and Germany for the next couple of years.
While doing promotions in Germany, customers were asking about a 'football' game. Thompson was being helped by German graphic artist Silke Stein, who was also translating and doing many other things. The seeds were planted for a soccer game. Stein and Thompson would work together on Fussball Taktik 2006 (Soccer Tactics) and Ninja Galaxy. Thompson invented Soccer Tactics during Christmas 2004. It just so happened that the World Championship for soccer was happening in Germany for the 2006 season. Soccer Tactics was developed and fine tuned during 2005. The timing was great! Thousands of games were sold, and there started to be International interest in the game.
Thompson returned to Canada for good in April, 2007 and it was once again 'fortunate' (thanks to God!) that Canada was hosting the Soccer World Championship for U-20 (under 20's). It was a great time to promote the brand new English (and Spanish/French/Italian) edition: Soccer Tactics WORLD. Interest was excellent and we now sell STW in Canada, the USA, the UK, Australia, Mexico, and other countries.
